Ingredients: 100% organic red reishi.

Net weight: 40g.

Suggestions for use: First stock: 10g red reishi and 250ml boiled water. After 3 minutes, turn off the heat, let soak for 5 minutes and then boil for 30 minutes over low heat, get the first stock. Second third stock: Chop red reishi into 1cm length, add 350ml of water to boil as once. Get the second stock and cook like that again to get the third stick. Then, mix the first, second and third stocks together, put in a storage bottle in the refrigerator and drink gradually, drink 2-3 times a day, each drink about 100ml.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.

Expiry date: 12 months from date of manufacture.
