Dried Shiitake Mushroom is grown and dried in one of our associated farm in Lam Dong Province. Production process employing Taiwanese technology supervised by more than 40-year-experienced experts.

Instructions for use:

Before cooking, soak them in water to soften them. They can be used in stir-fries, soups, stews, and other dishes as following suggestions.

• Sauté shiitake with greens and serve with a poached egg.
• Add them to pasta dishes or stir-fries.
• Use them to make a flavorful soup.
• Roast them for a crispy snack or side dish.

Storage Instructions: Store in cool.
