Instructions for use: Take a small number of dried artichokes enough to use. Rinse them through clean water and put in a kettle to boil. Let the artichoke tea boil for 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Pour the tea into a glass and enjoy. Artichokes are better when serving hot. For cool drinks, you can put in the refrigerator and use them gradually.
