The potassium in bitter gourd contains the effect of lowering blood pressure, and beta-carotene is good for the eyes and helps treat acid reflux and indigestion.

Instructions for use: Bitter gourd is easy to prepare and can be enjoyed raw or cooked in various recipes. It can be pan-fried, steamed, baked, or even hollowed out and stuffed with your choice of fillings.

Storage Instructions: Store in crisper drawers of the fridge.

Expiry date: Best to consume within 3 -4 days.
