Uses: Millet is a good food that is no less than fish meat when it can provide all the necessary vitamins for humans, most notably vitamins B1, B2, A, E, and Protein. Minerals such as lime, phosphorus, manganese, iron, copper, etc. are abundant compared to other foods. It also contains free lecithine and choline, which is very valuable to nourish the brain for those who work hard, use a lot of spirit and reason; maintain brain cells, enhance memory and slow down the aging process.

Suggested use: Add ½ cup millet to 1½ cups water, cover and boil for 25 minutes. Alternatively, to enhance the flavor of your dish, you can lightly toast millet in a dry skillet over medium heat until they are golden brown before cooking.
