Dazzle is the sweet, crisp ready-to-eat apple that’s amazingly delicious. Bright red with vibrant, glossy skin, Dazzle apples are packed full of juicy flavor with deliciously sweet, bright white flesh and watermelon like a crunch. The bright red skin is a good indication of a higher level of anthocyanins in this apple than are found in greener apples.

John and his wife Vicki started out as conventional apple and squash growers in the 1980s. The couple started converting their Hawke’s Bay apple orchards to organic in 1996. After many years of positive growth, John decided to consolidate and simplify the various brands and re-launched as BOSTOCK New Zealand in 2015.
