MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
1. Membership preferential policies:
- Conditions: 500 points discount 100,000 VND
With 10,000 VND = 1 accumulated point
Each customer participating in the membership promotion program will be given 01 points account, corresponding to 01 phone number registered with Organica.
Accumulated points will be updated and added to the point account after each customer purchases and completes payment at Organica.
- Preferential level:
Customers who accumulate 500 points can use the points to purchase goods with equivalent conversion value. After conversion, the customer's points account will be deducted the corresponding number of points.
Accumulated points cannot be converted into cash or transferred from one Customer to another.
2. O-LOVE member customers:
- Conditions: Customers achieve a cumulative score of 5,999 points (equivalent to purchase value of 59,990,000 VND) within one year from January 1 to December 31 of the year in which points are considered.
- Preferential level:
5% discount on total order value for subsequent orders
Enjoy Membership policy
- Application period: Enjoy a 5% discount within 1 year from the date you qualify to become an O-LOVE Member.
3. O-LIFE member customers:
- Conditions: Customers who prepay an OLIFE card worth 2 million VND will have a whole year to enjoy the following incentives and privileges at the Organica system.
- Preferential level:
*5% off total order for all orders and combined with other promotions if any, does not apply to Member's Day program.
*Get a 25% discount voucher for products under the brands: Organica, Health Paradise, Karpea, Natracare.
*Get 2 free tickets to visit Organica's organic farm when you have a suitable schedule.
*Free 1 cloth bag + 1 shopping voucher worth 300,000 VND for customers who download Organica's shopping App. The App helps customers easily view goods, view reward point updates and pay with reward points if desired.
* Applicable to all customers who own OLIFE cards throughout the Organica system in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
- Application period: Within 1 year from the time the customer purchases the Olife card.
