Return & Exchange Policy & Refundg

We always strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and the best service. However, in actual operation, there will be times when there will be unnecessary errors. Therefore, we have a policy on returning products that do not guarantee quality that makes customers unsatisfied.

RETURN TIME, WITHIN:

* 02 (two) days with fresh fruit and vegetable products, frozen food

* 03 (three) days for other products

Any defects in product quality: wilted, bruised vegetables; bee stings lead to internal damage to the fruit/tubers; old fruits and vegetables... dry products, packaged products with objective errors such as torn product protective membranes, curdled milk, insect-infested cereals and nuts... Organica looks forward to receiving feedback of you for a chance to be compensated for the same products or for a refund to the Customer.

The store manager where the customer buys will contact the customer directly to know the status of the goods and make the fastest exchange or refund.

If the products have passed the above return and exchange time since you purchased and are not at fault for product quality, Organica hopes for your understanding, we cannot process the return.

We hope that you and Organica will check the goods carefully at the time of purchase to avoid confusion and note the above RETURN TIME RETURN.

REFUND POLICY:

In case the order is canceled before delivery confirmation:

Customers who have paid via online e-wallets: Organica will refund according to the amount you have paid
Customers who have transferred online: Please send more transfer information including: Bank account number / Beneficiary name / Bank name / Bank branch / Phone number
