Origin: Organica's farm in Long Thanh, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam.

Benefits: Mugwort is a spiced vegetable that enhances the flavor of food, and has many health benefits: regulating menstruation; first aid for wounds; sciatica treatment, osteoarthritis; blood circulation to the brain; reduce body weakness.

Instructions for use: Can stir-fry garlic, cook soup or stew with chicken, ribs.

In Europe, mugwort was used to flavor beer before hops were cultivated. It’s also used as a flavoring in some Asian dishes. In Japan, it’s used in desserts and in several types of rice cakes, and in Korea, it’s an ingredient in pancakes, soups, and salads.

Storage Instructions: Store in crisper drawers of the fridge.

Expiry date: Best to consume within 3 days.
