In order to facilitate as well as increase the experience of using organic products, ORGANICA issues gift voucher that you can send to your relatives and friends.

The terms of the gift voucher are as follows:

1. The gift voucher is valid for use at Organica Ho Chi Minh, Organica Hanoi and Ecommerce systems.
   The expiry date of the voucher is not extended.
2. Vouchers are not valid when blurred, erased, separated or patched.
3. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, resold or exchanged.
4. The balance of the Gift Voucher is non-refundable.

How to use E-Voucher?
- To use, you just need to send the e-voucher image to one of the stores of Organica Ho Chi Minh, Organica Hanoi and Ecommerce.

- Please carefully read the terms of use, expiry date, and use value listed on the voucher.

What to do when lost or expired E-Voucher?
- Lost or damaged vouchers will not be accepted. Therefore, to ensure their rights, customers should preserve the Voucher carefully until giving it to the store staff to use for shopping.

- Expired vouchers will no longer be valid, and cannot be exchanged or returned to ORGANICA. Therefore, customers should note that they should be used before the expiry date indicated on the Voucher.
