Description

Hand cut vermicelli is a specialty of the Western and Northeast regions of Vietnam, where people grow a lot of arrowroot because it is a plant suitable even for mountainous soils with harsh times. Hand cut vermicelli is produced 100% from arrowroot starch. When cooked, the vermicelli fibers are clear and chewy, with the characteristic aroma of arrowroot. Hand cut vermicelli is extremely suitable for stir-frying, making mixed vermicelli, rolling fresh salads or if cooked, it will give a strangely delicious taste compared to finely shredded vermicelli.

Ingredients: 100% arrowroot vermicelli
Origin: Viet Nam
Clean weight: 500 g
Instructions for use: soak in cold water for 10-15 minutes. Then boil for 5-7 minutes until cooked.

Storage instructions: store in a cool, dry place
