DELIVERY POLICY
Organica's delivery service operates from 7:30 to 19:30.
To ensure the quality of services and goods, orders will be delivered within 60 minutes after we receive your order information. Orders placed after 16:30 will be delivered in the next day.
Delivery charges are based on your location to the delivery store.
1. Orders from under 500,000 VND
Customers please pay the delivery fee according to the delivery service fee of Grab/Ahamove.
2. Orders from 500,000 VND
Discount 20,000 delivery fee according to the delivery service fee of Grab/Ahamove.
3. Orders from 1,500,000 VND
Discount 40,000 delivery fee according to the delivery service fee of Grab/Ahamove.
4. Special delivery policy
For OLOVE customers, implement a freeship policy for customers when meeting 2 conditions:
- Order value from 1,000,000 VND or more
- Radius under 5km
