Celery

Certification/Farming: Organically grown. Chemical herbicides, fertilizers, or other plant protection chemicals are not used on the farm. Use vermicompost and composted manure, depending on the season, and only chicken manure that has received the OMRILIST organic certification. The garden uses additional biological products permitted by USDA organic farming standards (USA) depending on the season to ward off pests and diseases. A journal is kept of all garden cultivation for the purposes of crop rotation, intercropping, and soil enhancement.

Instructions for use: Drinking a glass of celery juice every day will reduce the risk of disease, purify the body and keep weight under control. Celery is also suitable for stir-frying with squid, onions, and tomatoes.
