The grape must is a special type of grape juice that includes its skin, seeds and stems as well. It comes with a sweet, sophisticated taste that also has a slight hint of smoky flavour from the wood interaction. This enriches the taste of savoury dishes, such as grilled meat and creamy desserts. Organic balsamic vinegar contains polyphenols which are rich in antioxidants that help to defend your body against free radical damage.
