Description

H'mong chicken - specialty chicken of the Northern mountainous region. From the bones, feathers, legs, crest of the Hmong chicken are all black. This chicken breed has high nutritional value, the chicken is fragrant, sweet and firm, with little fat. This black chicken is extremely suitable for grilled, boiled, steamed dishes and makes nutritious stew with goji berries, jujube...The chicken is raised for about 5 months, every day is sunbathing, running and supplementing with green vegetables from Co Loa farm. The main food of chickens is corn bran, rice bran, dried fish, green vegetables. Do not use antibiotics, gain weight and industrial feed in chicken raising.
