Candied Young Coconut Mùa 200gr

Seasonal young coconut jam is made entirely by hand from Ben Tre's specialty coconut and brown cane sugar. Coconut pulp is separated from the coconut, the brown outer shell is removed, washed, sliced with diluted salt water, and then rinsed with water again. Let the coconut drain, then start mixing coconut with brown cane sugar and transfer the coconut to a large pan until the coconut is firm, dry and has a light sugar coating.
