Galangal

Certification/Farming: Organically grown. Chemical herbicides, fertilizers, or other plant protection chemicals are not used on the farm. Use vermicompost and composted manure, depending on the season, and only chicken manure that has received the OMRILIST organic certification. The garden uses additional biological products permitted by USDA organic farming standards (USA) depending on the season to ward off pests and diseases. A journal is kept of all garden cultivation for the purposes of crop rotation, intercropping, and soil enhancement.

Instructions for use: when combined with other ingredients such as meat, fish, spices, it brings more great benefits.

Storage instructions: Before putting galangal in the refrigerator to store, you need to wrap the galangal with a piece of foil / food wrap or wrap a cloth around the galangal, then put the galangal in a sealed plastic bag and then put it in refrigerator compartment.

Expiry date: 5-7 days depending on storage conditions.
