Red Radish

Certification/Farming: Organically grown. Chemical herbicides, fertilizers, or other plant protection chemicals are not used on the farm. Use vermicompost and composted manure, depending on the season, and only chicken manure that has received the OMRILIST organic certification. The garden uses additional biological products permitted by USDA organic farming standards (USA) depending on the season to ward off pests and diseases. A journal is kept of all garden cultivation for the purposes of crop rotation, intercropping, and soil enhancement.

Uses: In red radish contains many vitamins such as vitamins A, B9, C (most abundant in red beet leaves) and other essential minerals such as iron, folic acid, potassium, magnesium,... It contains beta cyanin. This substance has the ability to eliminate toxins in the liver, help detoxify the liver and prevent the formation of fatty tissue layers in the body. At the same time, beta cyanin in red radish is also very good for cardiovascular disease.

Suggested use: Red radish is suitable for salads, soups, stews...

Storage Instructions: Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
