In the wonderful Gargano, 12 km from San Giovanni Rotondo, today Azienda Agricola Sottolestelle rises, in the open countryside, among olive trees, almond groves and vast fields of cereals, where they cultivate only and exclusively organic from 1992.

In 2005, the new Sottolestelle brand was born and, at the same time, there was the opening of a new dedicated Bio production laboratory, where it was also chosen never to use eggs, milk and derivatives to guarantee the total absence of these allergens, responsible for many intolerances and allergies.
