Description	Mackerel is a wild-caught product. Mackerel, oysters, ... are seafood groups caught in the waters of Quang Ninh of Vietnam. Immediately after catching, mackerel is preliminarily cleaned, cut into slices and dried in the sun for the fish to retain its natural sweetness and characteristic aroma. There are two types of mackerel, one without seasoning and one with a little salt and chili.
