Description	White clam is a product selected by Organica, belonging to the group of naturally caught products and certified for environmental sustainability. In Vietnam, only white clams in Ben Tre currently has MSC certification (a guaranteed fishery product is harvested from a sustainable, well-managed and responsibly harvested fishery). The selected clams are of equal size. After catching, clams are immediately soaked in saltwater with a salinity equal to seawater to release all of the sand, and then pre-processed and frozen according to HACCP standards in food processing.
