Warning: This product is naturally high in iodine. We recommend using this product in small quantities and sporadically, no more than 1g of hydrated seaweed daily (a pinch) per person using the procedures of soaking to lower the content of iodine. Suggestion to use: Soak the seaweed in the water for 20 minutes, rinse and eliminate excess water- repeat the operation-rinse. After the second soaking you can add during cooking 1g of hydrated seaweed for seasoning vegetable, cereals, pulses, croquettes and omelettes. Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place.
