Description | Cows are grazed on an organic vegetable farm in Don Duong. Cows live in a clean environment, eat grass and excess organic vegetables on the farm, and in return, they provide fertilizer for composting and plant care. The herd of cows on the farm has now grown larger, the number is starting to surplus and to ensure balanced development, some cows will be exported to have more beef. Healthy bulls are taken for a health check at a nearby slaughter-licensed cow farm, all procedures comply with humane cattle slaughter rules according to Japanese Kobe Beef standards. Beef is cross-bred from Australian and American cows, making the meat soft, not tough, and not greasy.
