Uses: Garlic contains protein, carbohydrates, calories and some other important nutrients such as B vitamins, iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, manganese, phosphorus,... Eating raw garlic every day not only prevents the risk of cancer colds and flu but also has a good effect in preventing the formation of connective tissue and bone metabolism. People who regularly eat garlic will have a better ability to absorb calcium and thereby stronger bones. In addition, allicin in garlic has the ability to remove toxic substances from the body and besides, strengthen healthy white blood cells.

Suggested use: Garlic is often used as a seasoning for dishes in many Vietnamese families. In addition, garlic can also be soaked in vinegar or processed into useful medicines for health.
