Instructions for use:

  • The ox meat is wrapped in foil, buried in a hot coal stove, or grilled on a gas stove, or put in the microwave. Then you smash, shred, dot with occipital chili sauce. It's suitable for drinking beer
  • Wash, soak the ox meat in warm water until it's soft, then you cut its which be thin slices and stir-fry with scallions, celery, garlic. Can eat the ox meat with rice, maybe with wine on holidays or parties.

Storage Instructions: Store in fridge freezer. Keep below 3ºC.
