Storage Instructions: Store in crisper drawers of the fridge Expiry date: Best to consume from 3 to 6 days The farm is located at an altitude of 600m above sea level with the condition that the land has never been cultivated. The climate here is cool, fresh during the day below 32 degrees Celsius, at night average 22 degrees Celsius. The difference in day and night temperatures makes bananas grow slower than bananas grown in the plains. This helps the banana accumulate more starch. When ripe, starch turns into sugar, so bananas are yellower, more flexible and sweeter than bananas grown in other areas. |
